By using our web site, a service of SystemsManager Technologies, you are agreeing to be
which outlines our obligations and practices towards handling any personal information that you may provide to us.
Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your account relating to the Service (the “Account”).
Acceptance of Terms
SystemsManager Technologies reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or
permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account and the accompanying password (the “Password”).
SystemsManager Technologies cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
You are responsible for all data posted (the “Data”) and activity that occurs under your account.
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
Copyright and Content Ownership
We claim no intellectual property rights over the data you provide to the Service. Your profile and data uploaded remain yours.
SystemsManager Technologies does not pre-screen data, but SystemsManager Technologies and its designee have the right
(but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any data that is available via our services.
We retain all copyright ownership of any code development work, while this work is licensed under the GPL GNU. All modules we release
are also licensed under the GPL, the instructions for any installations are not licensed similarly.
All of our instructions are limited to individual usage only, are not to be distributed
in any package or individually, nor are they to be used on multiple installations. These documents we have created
remain the under the sole ownership of SystemsManager Technologies and agents.
Payment, Refunds Terms
After service is completely provided no refunds are possible. We require a retainer
prior to the starting of any work, which if the contract is cancelled will be used to cover any initial costs
incurred. All payments are to be in USD only and will be invoiced in USD currency. For hosting services please refer to our
hosting TOS found on our site.
By providing SystemsManager Technologies with your account information (login, password, email address, FTP location) for any of your
stores, you’re agreeing to allow SystemsManager Technologies to login to your account, view all account information,
modify any other settings deemed necessary for automated interaction and otherwise compatibility with the Service
and/or send a data to/from the stores on your behalf.
